Where there’s a Wills, there’s a way

Every so often I succumb to the focus of every preppy student and rah-related joke: Jack Wills. Being a student in Bristol, one has to actively avoid owning and wearing too much of it or you will become that person. It’s stereotypical, and therefore it’s taboo. Even so, I can’t resist the pastels, prints and prettiness of Jack Wills SS14. Here are some of my favourite pieces that I think are worthy of my hard-to-come-by money.

7From left to right: Easthold dress £69.50, Leverton top £34.50, Sheridan dress £149

A gorgeous day dress neighbouring a retro-look blouse and also a delicate, adorable lace dress. This combination summarises the simplicity, sophistication and plain and simple cuteness of Jack Wills this summer.

4Feldon Mac £59.50

But this is a British summer after all! Of course a mac will be necessary, and what better way to revive this necessity than in muted tones and florals. As a Cath Kidston fan, this comparable piece is on my shopping list.

8Millbank trousers £49.50, Aldwick skirt £29.50

Finally, a malleable pair of floral trousers for those chilly barbecues and a simple but effective tube skirt complete the perfect summer wardrobe.

Don’t just take my word for it; visit Jack Wills online to explore their collection whilst they have 25% off selected lines!
